Our team members have over 20 years of experience working in and around lofts, all members of the team have worked for industry-leading companies, and we have decided to use our skills to build our own business.

Our services consist of loft insulation removal where old insulation has begun to degrade. We offer deep cleans where we fully hoover and disinfect the contaminated loft removing 99.9% of harmful pathogens. All waste is carefully bagged up and removed from the building/premises, Pro-Insulate are a licensed waste carrier and take care ensuring walkways are covered with protective sheeting. All areas are thoroughly cleaned after our work is complete.

We install loft insulation to a depth of 270mm – 300mm, following building regulation standards, or we can simply top up your current insulation if this is all that you require.

Raised loft boarding can be installed to open/accessible areas of the loft, generally this is to provide storage areas or access to trades for servicing boilers or tanks. Our team can also install basic loft ladders to aid with access into your loft void.

If your property suffers with damp or has no loft ventilation, we can install soffit vents, these are installed directly into your soffit boards and will help your loft breathe.
